Discover one of Costa Rica’s most breathtaking natural treasures — Marino Ballena National Park, located in the stunning Pacific coastline near Uvita. This unforgettable whale-watching adventure gives you the chance to spot majestic pilot whales and humpback whales as they migrate through the warm Central Pacific waters during their mating season.

Your journey begins in Manuel Antonio with a scenic 1-hour drive toward Uvita. Along the way, your naturalist guide will share local history and point out iconic beaches such as Dominical, Playa Matapalo, and Playa Uvita.

Once on board, you’ll embark on a 3-hour ocean expedition along the beautiful coastline. You’ll navigate past impressive landmarks like Roca Ballena, the ocean caves near Playa Ventanas, and the unique rock formations of Roca Viuda and Tres Hermanas. Throughout the tour, your guide will help you search for whales, dolphins, and other marine life. While whale sightings can’t be 100% guaranteed, the chances during the season are very high.

A minimum of 4 participants is required for departures from Manuel Antonio or Quepos. If fewer than 4 guests wish to join, they must cover the equivalent of 4 adult rates.
